Skyhawks Mens Golf Claim Team Title

The Sauk Valley Skyhawks Men's Golf team steamrolled it's way into the second half of their season by claiming the team title at the Charger Classic hosted by Carl Sandburg College at Lake Bracken Country Club.  The Skyhawks tallied 314 strokes to outpace the hosts by two shots.  The team was led by Wes Wilson and  Brendan Pillian, who tied for first on the day, both shooting a 75 for the round.  The two participated in a tiebreaker, and Pillian claimed the overall victory.  The Skyhawks and head coach C.J. Wade will host the Sauk Invite on Thursday, September 21st at Deer Valley.
